Swimmers What To Pack:

• Make sure that the swimmers have anything they need to swim- bathing suit, goggles, cap, etc.
• Swimmers also need to make sure that they have items for in between events. This would include towels and clothing to put on if cold after getting out of the water. We also encourage that they bring some kind of activity to participate in with friends and fellow team mates, a popular one with most is the game of uno and spoons. Although these activities are fun we do want to make sure that the swimmers are also paying attention to the swim meet and cheering for other team mates.
• Swimmers should have some good healthy snacks to eat when they are not swimming. They also need to be making sure they are drinking lots of fluids throughout the day, preferably water or something with electrolytes. We will have a concession stand during home meets. 
• Even though the swim meets take place in the early morning and evening, we ask that you pack sunscreen to apply. We hate to see our swimmers getting sunburnt, which could lead to larger problems later on in life. We also suggest bug spray for the evening swim meets.

Parents What To Pack:

• We ask that families bring supplies to create our "team camp", this would include pop-up tents, folding chairs, and blankets. We do ask that if you are planning on bringing a tent that you do not set it up until Saturday morning just for the safety of weather. 
• A common practice within swimming is to write the swimmers events on their arm or hand with a sharpie, this allows the swimmers to know when to report to the bullpen. If you decide to do this then we suggest you pack your own sharpie marker.
• If you are volunteering we will be distributing water, but other than that we ask that you bring yourself food and drinks for the meet.
• We ask that you wear comfortable clothing that could get wet if you are volunteering, because we never know what may happen.
