Practices
Coaches ask that you attend at least 3 practices a week.
Monday- Friday
9:15 - 10:45 am or 8:00 - 9:15 pm Marlins and Crush
10:45 - 11:30 am or 7:15-8:00 pm Dory and Nemo
Marlins/Crush are typically older and more experienced and Nemo is typically younger and newer to swimming on a team.
Both morning and evening practices will begin on May 26, 2026.
