All suits should all have a size chart. Suits should feel snug and for girls suits they should be able to put two fingers between the shoulders and straps without it cutting off circulation. There should be not extra material or gaps. Nothing should be loose as it should fit more snug than a typical bathing suit. The size charts typically do torso, chest and hip measurements.
