We are looking forward to seeing everyone tonight at the awards ceremony at Groveport Middle School Central (751 Main Street). This is the location we had it at last year. Due to construction in Groveport, you will have to enter from the east (westbound traffic is closed) and park in the middle school parking lot. Please enter through the front (cafeteria) doors closest to the elementary school. We will start as close to 6:00 pm as possible. If you are signed up to help set up, please arrive by 4:45 pm. 

It is our tradition at the awards ceremony for each swimmer to choose a fellow swimmer who they consider to be "Most Inspirational." Swimmers will be asked to vote as they come into the awards ceremony tomorrow evening. Here is our roster. If you could have your swimmer try to decide who they would like to vote for ahead of time, it will make the process go a bit quicker. We also give every swimmer a raffle ticket when they enter. We will draw for raffle prizes throughout the ceremony. 

Family Fun Night - The Rec Center has informed me that the outdoor pool will be closed today due to the poor air quality. I am working with them to reschedule Family Fun Night. I will let everyone know as soon as possible. We pre-ordered the pizza, so we are having it delivered to the school instead. Because we were not planning on having food at the school, I am respectfully asking everyone to please try to keep messes to a minimum and help with clean up. I do not want to create more work for the janitors when they return to work on Monday. We will also carry out all of our trash, so any help with that at the end is appreciated.
