GFF Families - 

Our final home meet was a success and the weather held off on us for the most part! GFF won the meet 1034 to BSL's 231. There were 110 improved times!

New Records - Grayson Dekle set new team records in the 9-10 boys 25 meter freestyle and 25 meter breaststroke. 

Swimmers of the Week - Avery Hass, Lydia Schumacher, Lincoln Baker, and Taze Owens. Congrats! Make sure you pick up your GFF water bottle!

Next Week - We have a quick turnaround and our next meet is Wednesday, July 1 at Huntington Hills. The pool address is 6613 Springbrook Drive in Pickerington. I am attaching the meet information that they sent. We will have our team meeting at 4:45 pm. Nemo & Dory will warm up at 5:00 and Marlin & Crush will warm up at 5:15. The meet will start at 5:30 pm. Huntington Hills is a very small pool, but they run a great meet. Please declare your swimmer(s) ASAP. The coaches will need to work on entries tomorrow and Monday. Because of the meet, there is no AM practice on Wednesday, July 1. 

There is also no PM practice on Friday, July 3 due to the Independence Day festivities in Groveport. 

Pictures - If you did not get a chance to pick up pictures today, please email me when you will be at practice or I will have them at Wednesday's meet. 

Champs Jobs - Champs jobs are timers and awards. The timers have the best view of the pool and the awards are in the air conditioning. We still need 3 volunteers for the AM (11 & up) session and 6 volunteers for the PM (10 & under) session. I have sent emails to those with less than 2 points. Families who do not fulfill their volunteer obligation will not be eligible for Champs and will not be permitted to register next season.
