GFF Families - 

We had another great meet yesterday! GFF won 316 points to Valley View's 285. There were 252 athletes, 672 entries, and GFF had 254 improved times!  The meet results are attached. 

New Records - Henry Pratt in the boys 9-10 25 free and 25 fly, and Grayson Dekle in the boys 9-10 50 free and 25 back. Great job, boys!

Swimmers of the Week - Leo Sullivan, Bryce Barnes, and Kerrigan Rapp. Make sure you pick up your GFF water bottle!

Next week - We have another home meet against Granville (formerly Moundbuilders CC). We will be limiting entries to 2 individual and 2 relays. This will hopefully help with finishing on time. At this time, there is still a 2nd half head timer job open. Please declare your swimmer(s) attendance ASAP. Swimmers not declared will not be entered into the meet. 

Concessions - We determine points for concession donations based on approximately how much the items donated cost (in comparison to the volunteer fee). We keep all donations to sell at the next concession stand, give perishable items to the lifeguards, and keep candy/other treats that don't sell for Family Fun Night. We want you to take your crockpots & coolers home, but we do keep the donated items since you received credit for your donation. I do have two coolers that did not get picked up. They do not have names on them. If they are yours, please email me to let me know when you will be at practice next so that I can get them back to you. 

Apparel Orders - I know some of you were not at the meet to pick up your orders. I have orders for Kibler, McCollough, Wagner, Kroll. Please try to pick them up tomorrow. We will be practice tomorrow morning (around 10:30). 

Awards Box - The awards box is currently in one of the green deck boxes. Sometimes it doesn't fit and is put in the guard room. If the awards box is not out at practice, kindly ask a coach or junior coach. 

Raffle Tickets - Raffle tickets are due Saturday and the drawing will be Saturday at the meet. You should have received 25 total tickets (we use both sides). Name & phone # should go on all tickets. 

Independence Day Parade - Historically, my family has driven a trailer for GFF in the Groveport 4th of July parade. We have decided to take a step back from that this year. If you have a truck/trailer and are interested in taking this over, please let me know. We have to fill out the parade entry form by June 22. 

My daughter is at a camp this week, so I will likely not be at AM practices unless arrangements are made for me to meet with someone. I will be at most evening practices.
